Summary/Abstract: An analysis of the housing stock of the Veliko Tarnovo region was made. Ten indicators from the district were compared with the average for the country. The rate of decrease of the inhabitants of Veliko Tarnovo and the district with the country, the types of buildings built in the district, the average number of inhabitants of dwellings, the average number of dwellings, the types of buildings, etc., are compared.
