Features of Maramures managers

Summary/Abstract: Important characteristics have been revealed by a survey conducted among a number of managers from Maramures County, Romania. Maramures County has an interesting specificity, as political and economical changes determined few changes in morality. Managers from Maramures are young, flexible and creative. They have the capacity to adapt to the challenges of the social/economical environment, and answer fairly to the demands of the market economy. Their weaknesses are due to the low level of managerial education and training and lead to errors in the decision making process.
