Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to present the impact of guidelines contained in the UKNF’s Communication on Information Processing by Supervised Entities Using Public or Hybrid Cloud Computing Services in the context of insurance and reinsurance activities, including insurance mediation. The authors focus on selected issues, which in their opinion are particularly important from the point of view of insurance market operators
