Summary/Abstract: The special nature of military life, the special organization of the Armed Forces and the strict discipline which governs it, often require that rules of disciplinary accountability of the military in multinational operations deviate from their basic origin governing the scope of rules of national disciplinary procedure, in order to prescribe special rules which are better adapted to the military spirit.
