Summary/Abstract: The education process involves the organic integration of teaching, learning and assessment. School learning as part of general human learning is a systematic activity directed, conducted in an organized, gradual and differentiated cycle and profile with precise finality both informative and formative. Within learning, the orientation has shifted to student activity and emphasized the concept of interactive learning. Thus, the student has the opportunity to directly engage in acquiring new knowledge and skills, to think freely, independently. The study of history contributes to the development of high-level cognitive skills such as critical thinking and independent, inter-and transdisciplinary transfers, problem solving, communication, and the formation of the active and conscious citizens.
