Summary/Abstract: In the article its author presents the problem of a holistic measurement of the phenomena of employee’s motivation and satisfaction as well as customer’s satisfaction and loyalty, which will allow to determine the strength of the relationships between the aforementioned areas. For the analytical purposes of the described research process the author proposed and described main path relation models used for the measurement of the mentioned above marketing occurrences.
