Summary/Abstract: In the article the author describes the issues of consumer satisfaction and loyalty, their importance for the creation of sustainable competitive advantage on the market, and the characteristic of the advanced path relations models which deal with the mentioned occurrences. Particular attention is dedicated to the possibility of creating the analytical model which will enable the direct comparison of the obtained index values of the described issues with other market competitors (from the same and different market sectors) to be made and which will account for the specificity and distinct character of particular business sectors and markets.
