Summary/Abstract: A difficult situation on the international markets remaining for the last two years has verified an approach to CSR. It has shown how important the CSR conception for the companies is. The role of this paper is to describe particular actions made by companies within CSR frames. It also tries to compare firms’ declarations in the sustainability business field to the real actions undertaken by them. Each CSR action and program of companies which are mentioned in the paper is placed on the particular level of advancement in frames of CSR values’ curve. CSR values’ curve has in total five such levels. Achieving successive stages is strictly connected with the more mature use of CSR techniques and tools by companies. On the last level firms incorporate CSR conception into their business strategies.
