Summary/Abstract: Democracies and economies are tightly linked. There is a relationship and influence. The democratic atmosphere and environment conducive to democratic development and functioning market economy and rising standard of living. Process economics associated with the advancement of justice and democracy in society. Economics and human freedom are inextricably connected. The condition of economic progress is the expansion of freedom and democracy. Throughout history, people and nations, and were replaced with non-democratic systems fairer and more democratic freedoms. Historical experience shows that the progress of democracy in relation to social change, economic incentives ... Bosnia and Herzegovina is faced with similar problems as other countries in transition. The movement towards European integration complicates and slows down the internal structure of the country, the remains of wartime past ... In most modern societies the market system and democracy exist together and complement each other. The trend of the spread of democracy and human rights opens up new possibilities for the development of economy and market economy. However, the problem remains how to reduce the crisis, recession, the gap between rich and poor. Solutions can only be democratic.
