Summary/Abstract: Bosnia and Herzegovina after the Second World War was the main driver of the overall Economic development of the former Yugoslavia, and experienced the largest urban expansion in its history. The problem of housing construction, designed to accommodate new workforce, has become a priority for local authorities. Construction has been established on the domestic and international markets. It has become a lucrative business branch. Companies have gained a solid reputation in construction projects, ranging from design, construction, construction to the production of high quality building materials and facilities. The earth has natural resources such as wood, stone, pebbles, sand, clay and metal ore. The potential for the growth of the construction market in the country is high, with the initial priority being restored and the recovery of existing property and infrastructure. Great opportunities for growth and development of the construction industry in BiH are in the construction industry, as there are many development projects.
