Summary/Abstract: Culture is a complex whole consisting of at least three related groups of phenomena. First, it is a tool for the work and technique needed to adapt nature to its needs, then patterns of behavior, and common values, beliefs and rules by which to define relationships and relationships with nature. It is a shortage of all types of societies. It encompasses material and non-material phenomena of human activity. Culture and society are interconnected and interconnected. For culture, symbols, language, norms, laws, values are important ... There are many different and similar cultures in the world. Among them there are many features that are universal in all cultures. Cultural factors have a significant impact on social change.
