Choice of renewable energy technology adapted to development conditions of Lower Silesia

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is an indication of the preferred technology which has the best development conditions on the area of Lower Silesia under the criterion of invasiveness on environment and taking into account its technical potential. In first part of the article the opinion of the influence of renewable technologies on environment is used as well as the ranking of influence of renewable energy sources on environment is created. The second part is connected with the identification and the analysis of technical potential of renewable energy sources development in Lower Silesia. The third part, drawing up the conclusions, concerns on the earlier analyses and focuses on the identification of the preferred technology pointing at ecological aspects.
