It begins by presenting the definitions of economic and commercial diplomacies. Next, it outlines their role in the EU and its member states. The authors claim that commercial diplomacy is an important part of public diplomacy and plays a key role in enhancing competitiveness of domestic enterprises helping the entrepreneurs to enter foreign markets.
