Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to present ways to improve intuitive potential of contemporary decision-maker. The paper consists of four main parts. First the author reviews selected definitions of intuition in order to clarify what intuition is. Then the intuition is presented as an opposite category to rational analysis. The final section presents a variety of techniques and tools for improving the intuitive potential of the manager.
