Summary/Abstract: Accumulation is the finest and the purest form of investment in the sense of economics. It is a permanent economic rule. A permanent subordination to the rule of accumulation as an economic rule of progress of capital here is in the function of increase of its value. This places the capacity of an enterprise or a society for increase of production basis into the forecast, also implying the mobility of accumulation as a visible form of economic growth. The analysis in this text yielded a conclusion that models of capital market exist, that financial markets appear as a regular segment of investments. There is a set of economic factors which are simultaneously entrepreneurial, national, and a form of economic integration of the world. Contemporary world market is a prevailing form although there is also some market fundamentalism in which the „ruling model of globalization“ is the decisive noneconomic basis. However, in contemporary conditions capital finds the possibility and significant forms of independent move and, regardless geopolitical efforts, general value tendencies (from the aspect of economic rationality). However, such which are not beyond regular and necessary globalization developments. The necessities of intensive social accumulation in Serbia and projection of new model of development are also in this context.
