Summary/Abstract: Labour market requires a scientific analysis, and not only an ideological deba-te or a contribution to the given social moment. In the same time, this aspect of analysis prevails due to the fact that the „bo-geyman of global economic recession circles the world“. Problems in financial system and economy are becoming more complex not only in international flows, but (as concentric circles) they transfer from the epicentre i. e. the USA to other countries worldwide. The created chaos requires not only an emer-gency kit in credit-monetary sphere but in economy as a whole. It is known that in times of economic crises and depression human capital becomes the first one to be caught by fever and large-scale unemployment. Mass firings have already ensued. Under the conditions of global, world-scale financial and economic crisis and mass insecurity of human capital, reforms on labour mar-ket are unavoidable. This article is a contribution to discussions and changes which will inevitably ensue. Contemporariness is on the brink of failure of economy and cessation of regu-lar flows at capital (and human) market(s)
