Summary/Abstract: The latest global economic – financial crisis has inevitably led to a critical examination of various economic aspects. Searching for the causes of the crisis, there is also trying to maintain all prevailing segments of economic and social organization. Western “theories” and reigning holders of political decisions (2007) began to implement remedial measures of the riskiest forms of crises (large banks) and stimulating demand. The past three years have passed in an effort of reducing effects of the crisis, and yet tendency of its increasing even more strengthening its resources. The latest attempts in the U.S. and the Eurozone shows that pragmatism prevails. For our thematic orientation is the most important behaving of many carriers of economic policy measures at the international level. So, apart from measures in the sphere of national economy (increasing the budget deficit, changes in the sphere of fiscal policy, the state of public debt, social policy) is especially important to understand the new processes of global economic functions of the state for the sake of establishing a new phase of relations which direct in a new way competence of the state in the economy, but also the circumstances. Globalization of the economy and politics is becoming a “global plot” of ambitions and reality. Our review is also in this context.
