Summary/Abstract: New economy is a phenomenon which changes contemporary relations of organization with a labor market having influence on a lot of changes inside organization connected with new economy. Globalization, internationalization of management, virtualization and increase of importance of digital communication, all of them change a profile of a contemporary worker. Those changes make organizations create a new configuration of HRM in a functional, subjective, and instrumental perspective. A new significance of HRM in a changed organization takes a form of supporting function towards business goals. HRM should be considered as a partner, adviser, or leader of these changes for workers. There must be key processes such as optimizing and calculating of human capital, knowledge management, diversity management, and talent development programs.
