Summary/Abstract: The text describes an attempt of comparative research on the scope and elements of compensation management in the organization of new economy. For the purpose of the research a subset of an organization characterized by the dimensions of the new economy was isolated (extracted), inter alia: webbyness, the use of ICT competence in achieving business goals, globalization as a strategic element in business model, and the high quality of implementation model of human capital. The results indicate that in Polish conditions there are organizations that make remuneration management processes more flexible, offer higher market rates and take care of enriching the diversity of non-wage components. There are not too clear differences, which may indicate an early stage of development and the formation of new economy businesses in Poland.
