Summary/Abstract: Naïve persons believe that the great events of the world occurred and occur due to God’s will or the hazard and the changes which take place are being left to chance. Others believe that such events and changes are, to a lesser or greater extent, the result of some anticipations and actions directed towards them. At this point, certain arguments and reasoning make us believe that such a result is the current crisis, despite its bad consequences for many people and the silence and denial of their guilt by those who have owned and handled in an irresponsible manner one or another form of social power. We live in a dynamic system of power centers, based for a long time on a chronophagous and “sick” social communication – of incomplete data and relative information, its purpose being that of catching, by various means, most people in a logic (commercial or political, military, axiological, etc.) of the protagonists of communication and the formation of a linguistic (phonetic and written) and visual culture enslaved to certain particular interests. The interests promoted by the ones that lead have rarely become reality until now and by the major part of those leaded, persuaded, manipulated and/or forced to assume them and especially to adapt to them, which for a (self) educated man has been and it still is an occasion and a reason of certain mistrust, among others, in some politicians, in some institutions of the state, justice included and in various means of mass communication. The results of human action include in their notional sphere not only successes but also breakdowns, therefore the actual crisis too and, if the crisis was reached through manipulation, it is also the result of social manipulation.
