Analysis of the current and forecast of the future realization of the project on the basis of earned value method

Summary/Abstract: Projects are now becoming the norm in almost every medium and large enterprise. There is a need to support projects with appropriate instruments which will enable the effective completion. The purpose of the article is to introduce the complexity of analysis and evaluation of the project during its implementation using Earned Value Method.
