Quality towards project costs

Summary/Abstract: Project management is based on the analysis of three dimensions: costs, time and technical requirements. These parameters are closely connected with each other. The change of one of them most often causes the change of the remaining ones. Quality is defined differently by the parties involved in the project. The purpose of the article is to present the complexity of the quality dimension in the project and the analysis of the impact of quality on the level of costs. The article shows the essence of quality, then the problem for a different approach to quality by stakeholders and a cost reduction method using the analysis of the quality dimension in the project.
