Management accounting in projects-oriented structures

Summary/Abstract: Projects are now becoming a norm in almost every medium and large enterprise. There is a need to support projects with appropriate instruments which will enable effective completion. The purpose of this article is an indication of the possible location of the management accounting cells in the structures of companies implementing the projects. With increasing interest of projects there is a need to change not only the organizational structure but also management accounting structures.
