Criteria for the selection of the projects portfolio - selected issues

Summary/Abstract: With the essential threat appearing in the multi-project environment there is lack ofstrategic coherence. Projects are then carried out individually in isolation from the remaining ones and the actions are directed at the maximization of individual effects, rather than at the global presentation. The main aim of the article is to introduce the proposal of analysis project portfolio creation process with particular reference to instruments of managerial accounting .
