Summary/Abstract: After previously Professor Hans Schwarz explains what we must understand through the notion Weltbild (an image we make about the world, someone’s conception about the world) he presents briefly the idea about the world of the evangelic theology Karl Heim more exactly his endeavors to present a new vision on the world to his contemporaries. Hans Schwarz make a synthesis of Karl Heim’s thinking about the world, conception in detail by Heim in his two main works: “The Future Vision on the World. A Controversy among Philosophy, Nature Study and Theology” (1904) and “The Evangelic Creed and Thinking of the Present. The Principle of the Christian Conception on Life” (in six volumes published between 1931-1925). Although he fully used everything that science offered him (as a proof he brought up to date the ideas at each reediting of his works), Karl Heim didn’t remain the prisoner of science and philosophy, but he always relied on theological truths (but without being the supporter of naive biblicism), presenting a vision on the world – new for his time – from which this results as being God’s creation with all the consequences that develop from this.
