MANAGERIAL COMMUNICATION STUDY IN BIHOR COUNTY IN HOSPITAL UNITS

Summary/Abstract: The interest for managerial communication study in Bihor County started and has developed by observations and discussions and in time became a semi-structural interview. This study is oriented on the aspects of communication - in this case managerial communication – and on comparing different level hospital managers with different levels of training. Depending on his authority, responsibility and type of activity, every manager communicates differently with his superiors, subordinates and colleagues. An organization may have different ways of communication (open and outspoken or closed and defensive) and they are characterized by different communication behavior. Communication is a bilateral process between the transmitter and the receiver and it can be represented by a model spread on several stages. Any error that can occur on any of these stages can lead to an inefficient communication.
