Expressions of Team Work and Organizational Climate in “X” Police Office

Summary/Abstract: An organisation can work effectively and aim at common goals only when it has a perfectly working team, the activity of which is determined by favourable climate. However, this is a complex work, which requires a lot of knowledge and abilities. Use of teamwork and favourable climate is manifested by the fact that quality and effectiveness of work, communication, dissemination of information and intercommunion improve. In scientific literature on management and organisational psychology, teamwork and organisational climate are characterised as important phenomena of human resource management in an organisation and research areas. Theoretical aspects of teamwork and organisational climate and the expression of teamwork and organisational climate in X police department are presented in the article.
