Summary/Abstract: This article discusses the presence of the religious messages in the western public space, starting from the phrase on the British double deckers There’s probably no God. Now stop worrying and enjoy your life. The author pleads for the responsible assuming of an “European update” of this sort and for the intelligent and free from inhibitions promoting of the compatibility of the models, the memory and the most authentic Romanian spiritual values with those of the European culture and civilization.
