Evolution of methodological suport of change management process in organizations

Summary/Abstract: The right choice of methods supporting all phases of change management (preparation, implementation and effects evaluation of new organizational solutions) is a real success factor for the change management process. The article is dedicated to the presentation of the evolution of methodical support directed to the internal movement in an organization. The next presented issues are possible directions of further research that will increase the organizations’ ability to cope with challenges of the future. They will concern the enhancement in usage of potential for the development and assurance of increased agility and innovativeness.
