Summary/Abstract: The success of contemporary enterprises requires constant learning. Gaining new knowledge by an organization should not only contribute to an easier solution of routine management problems, but also to the creation of new knowledge and commercialization of new products which are its outcome. The article presents forms of creativity in a learning enterprise and possibilities of its stimulation.
