Problem of excellence of organizational projects management

Summary/Abstract: Because of increasing dynamics of contemporary enterprises environment, the pressure on the continuous improvement of their management systems builds up. This process happens by the implementation of organizational projects. However, not all of them meet the expectations of their initiators and designers. It is connected with the ignorance of qualitative aspects of organizational projects management, which is linked with the low level of this process excellence. It is a reason why the article presents the specificity of organizational projects and explains the essence of their management excellence as well as the possibility of its assessment by the application of IPMA Project Excellence model recommendations.
