Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is to present a concept of the decision-making system, which was created for managers acting on all management levels, but particularly for senior managers to eliminate the problem of unaware decision-making. In order to make data analysis the author uses the colour spectrum sets, due to which the integration of data from different sources is possible. The additional advantage of this system is the possibility of making the analysis of the client’s preferences.
