Summary/Abstract: The 2008–2009 global economic crisis is affecting millions of people and is one of the hottest topics in the world. This article represents the Business Process Modeling methods and their great meaning under conditions of crisis. The primary aim of paper is to describe the problem of identification of non-effective business processes and to take a crack to solve this problem.
