Aspects of commitment and trust to improve the organization of the health sector

Summary/Abstract: The article raises the issue of commitment and trust in the context of organizational improvement and economization of the health sector. The author’s intention is to identify and describe the key attributes of service interactions – commitment and trust that are important to patients and to the organizations, enabling their development, learning and improving the quality of services offered. The issue seems to be justified because of the changes in progress of civilization and attempt to equal standards of living in the countries of the European Union.
