Summary/Abstract: The article takes up the problem of organizational effectiveness using MSC (Mission Oriented Scorecard) in the management of organizations. The intention of the author was to take aspects of organizational effectiveness, focusing on the role of the involvement of employees in the health sector. The importance of the mentioned issues justifies the fact that the sector is in the process of change, and its evaluation in patients reception is still far from expectations and needs, which is why trying to determine the direction and ways to improve efficiency is important. According to the author, it is important to engender commitment and trust of employees to the organization of the health sector, not only in the phase of implementation and monitoring of Mission Oriented Scorecard, but also of the future efficient management of these entities. The actual motivation of health workers can rebuild the confidence of patients and, as such, can indirectly affect the quality of service provision.
