Summary/Abstract: In a highly competitive market of banking services, in the event of a bank homo¬geneous product and the inability to compete price, quality becomes an important factor in competitiveness. In the article has been raised the problem of specificity in the sphere of qual¬ity banking services with emphasis on the subjective assessment of quality by customers. Considerations have been supported by the results of surveys of individual customers of Bank Pekao SA about the quality of the offered by the bank products.
