Summary/Abstract: The radical changes that occurred as a result of the acceleration of the globalization process have generated significant changes in the field of information technology and communication business. That’s why people opened new perspectives to make more modern means of communication and to offer an ample access to information for all those interested in this field. This paper deals with aspects concerning the diversity of ways of global communication through new technologies, emphasizing the use of digital communication in the field of business. It discusses the benefits and challenges of using effective communication systems to the global world of business.
