Summary/Abstract: Management as science, and manager’s activity, like daily practice has always been supported by scientific psychology procurement, by progress în plan of theoretical development, by models offered by researchers performing psychological phenomena. Organizations can not be managed without any concern for human resources, without a formal plan for social interactions, officially regulated, but also for emerging human alchemy that fills the space created between the mesh network contingency of norms, rules, formal regulations. This article propose to bring în the attention of the managers operating în the military organization, two procedural theories of motivational work, with significant implications în the interaction practice manager-subordinate.
