Chosen methods of regional development policy evaluation

Summary/Abstract: Identification of the applicable methods and tools in order to use them to evaluate regional development policy was the key outcome of the undertaken research. The chosen methods and tools were analyzed from the point of regional development policy effectiveness and efficiency evaluation. The key contexts of regional development policy evaluation were identified. The chosen methods and tools were attributed to each policy context evaluation. The applicability verification of the identified methods and tools was provided for the regional operational programme and Opolskie region development strategy evaluation examples in the previous and current financial perspectives as well.
