Testament życia – promocja ludzkiej wolności?
The Testament of life - is it a promotion of human freedom?

Summary/Abstract: While speaking of the testament of life, we do not ask whether man has right to express in writing his/her will about a kind of therapy, which he/she prefers to be subject in the case of the irreparable loss of awareness. We rather ask then whether man is free enough to decide about his/her own life or death, and make others responsible for his/her death. Proponents of the testament of life, referring to the free will of patient, completely forget about the similarly free will of doctor. The author reflects on whether such choices are indeed any promotion of human autonomy, the most perfect respect for human freedom, and the most integral application of humanity?
