Summary/Abstract: Flexible work organization is becoming the desired work arrangement. The main issue is, however, how to create a proper construction of solutions that would include social and economic matters, both short and long term. The article contains assumptions of modelling flexible work organization as a process of its continuous improvement in the subject of tasks, time and working area, also including the legal form of employment.
