Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present demographic forecasts and their consequences for labour market and enterprises. The key factors are the following: a scarcity of workers and a change of economic age structure. These changes will cause an increase of employment among very young people (generation Y) and older people (50+), and thus an increase of work diversity. Furthermore human resource management, making personal function professional including its outsourcing and advancement of HR Business Partner will be necessary.
