Flexible forms of employment and remuneration. Opportunities and threats

Summary/Abstract: This paper discusses opportunities and threats arising from the use of flexible forms of employment and rewarding. There is shown their description and legal formula at the same time proving that their use in Poland violates the interests of the workforce. Particular attention is given to self-employment and temporary work, pointing to legal defects and social and economic consequences. Based on the literature there are presented pros and cons of flexible forms of employment, relating them to the institutions of both employers and employees. At the end there are shown some solutions.
