Some Theory Amidst the Ocean of Empirics: About Modelling of the Social Actor of Work

Summary/Abstract: The present article is dedicated to the modeling of the social structure and the organization of work institution, within the framework of which sociological structure of labor is reproduced and producers (working force) are directly interconnected. This social actor organizes the coordination of the concrete actions so that the existing market, institutional and individual needs may be satisfied and it also organizes the individual interests on different levels. A theoretical model of sociological structure of the working force and the organization of labor within the social actor is presented. An adequate mathematical expression of it is suggested, through creation of a logically uncontradictory system of mathematical relations and functions, connecting some concrete coding sets together with their possible transformations and concrete realizations. The consistent mathematical analogue makes valid the sociological model of the work institution and at the same time contributes to measure, the operationalized indicators and to formalize their relations (sociological hypotheses) within the framework of the model, with the corresponding practical implications.
