STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF HOSPITALITY SERVICES IN ROMANIA. PARTICULAR CASE "ECOLOGICAL HOUSE" PENSION

Summary/Abstract: While the interest în ecology known fluctuations, those who offer hospitality environmental services must know the guest degree satisfaction. Because they are the missionaries of considered idealistic lifestyles, they should compare their services with the national one. în this paper, starting from two samples, we have compared the hospitality services în Romania with those offered by the guesthouse “Casa Ecologică” (“Ecological House”). We have used the Laplace function (the z test) to compare the average grades of the two samples (the first sample represents the respondents of the first questionnaire and the second consisting of respondents of the second questionnaire) for each service of hospitality separately and their confidence intervals.
