STUDY ON THE LEADERSHIP AT S.C. RAMIRA S.A BAIA MARE

Summary/Abstract: An important role în the successful achievement of the objectives of an organization's business climate, which means it has all the characteristics of social interaction în various collective organizations, social and organizational environment în which each work group operates. This paper deals with a single factor that determines the organizational climate that is manager-leader, that leadership style, taking into account certain aspects of the interaction manager - subordinate.
