Summary/Abstract: The article analyses the regulation of road traffic offenses, namely drunk and drag driving. It analyses the provisions of Art. 343 of the Penal Code and related road traffic offenses in the Highway Code. The reason for the two level protection is that these offenses involve a high degree of social danger.
