Summary/Abstract: CRIMINAL LAW // The present article is concerned with problems referring to transport crime under Bulgarian criminal law. The clarification of the subject of transport crime is connected with the protection which the law gives against this set of crimes. In addition the article aims to clarify the meaning of some terms. Furthermore, it discusses the case of the subway and the possible qualification of some subway offences as transport crime.
