Postal infrastructure in Poland. Selected research problems

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to conduct a multidirectional evaluation of the solutions implemented in the field of the Polish postal structure’s development as well as to define the role of the state as the main force influencing the direction of this development. The intention of the author is to conduct a theoretical study, i.e. to attempt to embrace a wide concept of the postal infrastructure and its features. Therefore, the features concerned with technical or branch understanding of the issue were not included. Multidimensional view of the problems is also an important scope of the paper.
