Summary/Abstract: Straipsnyje nagrinėjamas NuServ modelis, t. y. paslaugos plėtros ankstyvoje stadijoje modelis, ir jo taikymo galimybės inovatyvios paslaugos diegimo procese. Aptariamas vidinės inovacijų plėtros procesas, pristatomi jį sąlygojantys veiksniai bei įvertinamas NuServ modelio tinkamumas inovatyvios paslaugos plėtros procesui. Šio tyrimo pagrindas – teorinė analizė, siekiant nustatyti inovatyvios veiklos plėtros ir naujų, į rinką įvedamų paslaugų, naujovių diegimo proceso sąsajas, aptariant NuServ modelio taikymą inovatyvios paslaugos plėtros procese. Antrepreneriška veikla remiasi greita reakcija į aplinkos pokyčius, stichiška elgsena, tačiau paslaugos diegimo stadijoje neatlikus giluminių tyrimų, inovatyvi paslauga plėtojasi itin sunkiai, neatneša pageidaujamo pelno, patiriami neplanuoti nuostoliai. NuServ model for service development in the early stage and its application possibilities in the process of implementation of innovative service is presented in this paper. The authors also discuss the process of internal development of innovation, present the factors determining this process, and evaluate the feasibility of NuServ model for the process of innovative service development. This research is based on theoretical analysis, which aims at identifying the links between the development of innovative activities, new services introduced into the market and the process of implementation of innovations. The paper discusses the application of the innovative NuServ model in the process of development of an innovative service. Entrepreneurial activity is based on the rapid reaction to changes in the environment, spontaneous behaviour, however, the service deployment phase without abyssal research determines the slow development of the service, unexpected low budget and unplanned losses.
